William is currently working as a Strategy and Policy Advisor at the Saxion International Office. He is also currently managing at least 3 Higher Education Capacity development projects sanctioned by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In this function he leads a project team in developing the project’s overall implementation strategy, procurement plans, development of project components and impact reporting to the main stakeholders and donors. In 2013 William Sanchez assumed his current position . He is responsible for development of international activities, enhancing educational and institutional capacity development in Higher Education Institutions . Secondly he is responsible for design and support of University Business Cooperation and International Classrooms. His added value is his skills and experience in evaluating, identifying and combining business development opportunities in the private sector with the services offered by Higher Education Institutions such as curriculum development, training and (technical) education.
