Dr. Rosie L. Conde is an Associate Professor of the College of Graduate Studies and Teacher Education Research (CGSTER) at the PNU- Manila. She has been in the academe for 19 years, taught Chemistry, Mathematics and Mathematics Education in the undergraduate and graduate. Dr. Conde has an earned her PhD Mathematics Education from the University of the Philippines- Open University under DOST- SEI. She obtained her Master of Mathematics at MSU- Iligan Institute of Technology and BS Chemical Engineering from Xavier University under the DOST Scholarship. She also obtained a scholarship for a doctoral course in Anthropological Theory of the Didactic (ATD) at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark and an Advance Training at UAB, Barcelona, Spain. As an educator and academic, she co-authored mathematics books and articles and conducted researches on educational technology, teaching and learning in social justice, didactics of mathematics, anthropological theory of the didactic and mathematics education.
