Romualdo Mabuan is an Asst. Prof. of English at the Lyceum of the Philippines University - Manila where he was awarded as the Most Outstanding Faculty Member in 2015 and 2016. He is currently a candidate for Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Linguistics at De La Salle University - Manila. He holds a TESOL Certificate from Arizona State University and is an Alumnus of the U.S. Department of State’s E-Teacher Program. Mr. Mabuan is also a MOOC Camp Facilitator at the Regional English Language Office of the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines. He is a published researcher, editor and reviewer of Scopus journals. He has presented his research in Asia and in the USA. In 2018, he was awarded by TESOL International Association with the Betty Azar Award for Practicing ESL/EFL Teachers in Chicago, USA.
