Henry is a researcher, scholar, writer, editor, and a high school teacher by profession at De La Salle Santiago Zobel School, Philippines. He is currently finishing his Doctor of Philosophy in Philippine Studies, Major in Languages, Media and Culture at De La Salle University, Manila. He is an Apple Distinguished Educator and Google Certified Educator. He is actively participating in local and international conferences on Education Technology, Media and Literacy, Gender and Society, and Philippine Studies. His paper entitled, "Even Just For A Glance: A Glimpse of Lesbian Jargons," was presented and published in the last 18th Young Scholar Philippine Studies Forum of Japan in Kobe College, Hyogo Japan and in the International Young Conference in Boracay, Aklan, Philippines. Recently, his research paper entitled, "Towards Building an Online Filipino Learner's Dictionary: Preliminary Tasks, Process and Challenges," was presented at the Oxford Education Research Symposium in Oxford University, United Kingdom.
