Christine Esteban Norton is a Director and Head of School, Australian International School (AIS), a Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12 institution. She has over 21 years of experience in education. Tina earned her undergraduate degree in AB Psychology from the University of the Philippines, Diliman and her Masters of Business Administration degree with Merit from the University of Bradford, UK. She has undergone extensive training and practice in the International Baccalaureate (IB) and Outcome-Based Education (OBE). She has been actively involved in developing and implementing a Research Program for Secondary School from Grade 7 to 10 of Australian International School for the last 10 years. She served as Coordinator for International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program (IBPYP), Headmaster for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP), and as Principal for the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) Program and Western Australia Certificate of Education (WACE) Program and as the Center Head for a Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) accredited testing center. She also served as Chief Instructor for a Kumon Center for Math and Reading for over 15 years.
