Vera Hendricks, STEM Trainer and Product Designer, De Creatieve STEM and Member, EASE - European Association of STEAM Educators, Belgium

Vera Hendriks is a product designer graduated at the Willem de Kooning Academy, Rotterdam, she also obtained a formal training as teacher in visual arts and design at the Willem de Kooning Academy, Rotterdam. 

She worked first in the Netherlands as a teacher of arts and technologies and later as personal  coach of young people in the secondary education (VMBO) and MBO. Since november 2022 she is employed by De Creatieve STEM vzw as STEAM edutrainer and she coordinates the project MaakBib providing among others STEAM training for librarians. She develops STEAM content for after school programs that are at the cross section of art and technology.
