Santiago Ordejón Zuckermaier is a secondary school teacher and holds a degree in English, Physical Education and German from the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, Germany. He is an expert in educational innovation and assessment a strong advocate of active methodologies.
Currently he is Head of Innovations at Newton College in Elche, Spain. His main responsibilities are to lead the Innovations Team to ensure the methodological and didactical direction of the school in coordination with the Senior Leadership Team of the school.
The Innovations Team's role is to investigate methodological and didactical approaches to learning and assessment, the purposeful inclusion of educational technology and the structured training of all staff in school.
