Arturo Lavalle, Head of Research & Development and International Relations Area, Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi

Member of the Board of Directors of Guglielmo Marconi University, he is the Head of the R&D and International Relations Area being actively involved in the process of internationalization of the university and in the management of national and international research and innovation projects. He is lastly focusing on strengthening the synergy between academia and enterprises by working on analysing and creating the new competencies required by the ongoing digital transformation. He is also concerned with the promotion and advance of innovation management standards at both national and international level. He is a certified Innovation Manager and ISO 56002 Lead Auditor. Finally he is author and co-author of various publications especially relating to the application of new technologies to higher education and SMEs.
