Rusongoza Patrick Kusemererwa is a Civil Engineer with 19 years Professional experience and 12 years Post-Registration experience.  He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a PhD in Infrastructure Asset Maintenance and Management.  He is a

    Registered Engineer, Uganda Engineers Registration Board (ERB)
    Member, American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE)
    Member, Transportation & Development Institute of ASCE
    Member, Engineers Without Boarders (EWB)
    Member, International Centre for Urban Safety Engineering (INCUS)/ INCEDE (International Centre for Disaster Mitigation Engineering), Tokyo, Japan.
    Founding Member, Uganda Seismic Safety Association (USSA).
He has worked as an Independent Infrastructure Audit Consultant covering Engineering, Technical and Value for Money Audits in East and Sub-Saharan Africa for more than 14 years.  The projects he has audited range from those funded by the European Union, World Bank, African Development Bank, Governments and Other Agencies.
He is currently a Senior Presidential Advisor on Infrastructure & Public Works.
