Nithya’s career spans global roles at NIKE, EY, Accenture, and VicHealth across Australia, the USA, and Latin America. A performing artist and systems thinker, she blends creativity with strategy to spark change. Nithya holds an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management and degrees in Engineering and Performing Arts from Monash University.
