Jacinta is Principal Evangelist at Patient Zero, the resident fanatic for continuous improvement culture. She can often be found forcing teams to play games at work and sneaking in lessons about high performance.

She has delivered technology projects and led Agile teams for over 20 years across a variety of industries including banking, insurance and consulting. She has developed a talent for acting as a professional translator between technical engineering and commercial reality.

With advances in AI disrupting most industries including software delivery, she is coaching our teams in all the human skills needed to transition to this AI heavy world

When she isn’t working, you'll find her at the gym trying to master handstand push-ups, or on the golf course (a recent personal best shaved six shots off her handicap).
