Bay is a Principal Product Owner at Patient Zero, where her day-to-day involves herding cats, defining roadmaps, and passing exams on sheer talent and intuition. With nearly 20 years in tech and 11 specializing in Agile delivery, she has survived every flavor of "Scrum-ish" methodology. She cuts through process noise to focus on what actually ships product.

Originally trained as a journalist, Bay brought those investigative reporting skills into software development. She now operates as a forensic investigator of business problems, unpicking complexity to translate vague client visions into executable strategies.

She balances the chaos of product delivery with a passionate appreciation for Coonawarra Cab-Sav. She once spent eight months traversing Australia in a camper trailer with her husband and two kids, and is always ready to share those dusty outback survival stories over a glass of wine.
