Alan Pritchard is a highly regarded technology leader who has been recognised on Australia’s CIO50 list in five consecutive years (2021-2025). Since March 2018 he has been Director of EMR and ICT Services at Austin Health, a leading public health service in Victoria, Australia, where he has spearheaded numerous digital transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing clinical communication, patient care, and operational efficiency. Pritchard led the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM at Austin Health, which has since been adopted by several health services across Victoria, and has been instrumental in driving Austin Health’s exploration of the application of Generative AI.
