A mixed-reality platform featuring a culturally adaptable AI companion provides personalised non-pharmacologic support during outpatient gynaecologic procedures. Co-designed with patients, clinicians, and Maori and Pacific partners, it improves patient experience and preserves clinician interaction, with strong potential to enhance patient experience and scale globally across outpatient health markets.
