Trialio is a clinical trial pre-screening platform that uses AI to help research sites recruit faster and smarter. At its core is Synthia, an AI voice assistant that interviews prospective participants against a trial's eligibility criteria and hands coordinators a structured pre-screen report with an evidence-based eligibility score, ready to act on immediately. What used to take days of manual phone screening now takes hours. Trialio is currently in active development and seeking pilot site partners across Australia
