Sleep-disordered breathing and obstructive sleep apnoea are common yet often underdiagnosed conditions in children, impacting behaviour, learning, growth, and long-term health. Healiox is changing that.

Healiox is an Australian digital-health innovator delivering home-based paediatric sleep screening and diagnostic kits directly to families, enabling fast, scalable, and clinician-led detection of childhood sleep disorders without the need for hospital admission. Using easy-to-use home testing technology, children can undergo diagnostic sleep testing, undertake parent captured oral and dental anatomy videos, complete online questionnaires and complete sleep specialist telehealth appointments, all in the comfort of their own home, no matter where they live. 

Our mission is simple: remove barriers to diagnosis and bring specialist-level sleep diagnostics to every child, everywhere. By combining home-delivered TGA approved kits, telehealth-enabled workflows, and collaboration with GPs, paediatricians, ENT surgeons, dentists, and sleep physicians, Healiox creates a streamlined pathway from screening to diagnosis and treatment.

This innovative model is particularly powerful for regional and underserved communities, where access to traditional sleep laboratories can be limited. Healiox enables earlier identification of paediatric obstructive sleep apnoea and other sleep-related breathing disorders—helping clinicians prioritise care and families access treatment faster.
