CareTrust is a consent governance platform built for Australian health practices. Every time you access a patient record, you are making a consent assumption. In most practices today that assumption is backed by a paper form from first visit, a scanned PDF nobody has updated since, and institutional memory that leaves when staff do. When a patient disputes access, when a privacy complaint lands, or when an accreditation auditor asks what your consent posture looks like across your patient cohort, there is no system to answer that question. The response is manual reconstruction, which is slow, incomplete, and legally exposed.

CareTrust changes that by making consent a governed, auditable layer of your practice rather than an administrative afterthought. At the point of care, you see a clear consent status alongside the patient record: what they have authorised, what is restricted, and what access authority exists for carers or family. In the background, every access event is timestamped and logged against documented consent, producing an audit trail you can export in seconds rather than reconstruct over days. You do not need to change how you practise. CareTrust sits between your workflow and your obligations, so that if you are ever asked to demonstrate your consent compliance, the answer is already there.
