AuditLog.AI is an Australian healthtech startup that developed the world’s first deterministic integrity verification layer for clinical trials that can is performed without disclosure of sensitive data, independently of the originating system (no integration required).

When clinical trial data is exported from validated capture systems for analysis, archival, or regulatory submission, its integrity is typically assumed not proven. AuditLog.AI closes this gap. Its two-system platform freezes evidence states at custody boundaries using dual cryptographic hashing anchored to the Bitcoin public ledger, then enables offline, system-independent paired verification to confirm whether any file, across a corpus of any size, has changed.

In a completed blinded, multi-operator validation study across 230,253 evidence files, the platform achieved 100% tamper detection sensitivity with zero false positives and perfect inter-operator reproducibility (Cohen's k = 1·0). No data or identifiers leave the institution at any stage. Verification is deterministic, reproducible, time-independent and can be performed offline by independent third-party auditors without access to the underlying sensitive data (using proofs/hashes only)

Founded in 2025 and supported by the Australian Government R&D Grant, AuditLog.AI is currently conducting a pre-registered international audit trial with leading research institutions. Peer-reviewed publication is in progress.
