Ahmed M. Naji is a highly accomplished executive leader with over 35 years of local and international business experience, including 33 years dedicated to the Oil & Gas, real estate, infrastructure design and construction, project execution, and community operations sectors. Throughout his distinguished career, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in developing and executing strategic initiatives, optimizing operational performance, and creating sustainable value for stakeholders across complex and investment-driven environments. Recognized for his transformational leadership, Ahmed has successfully initiated and led large-scale programs encompassing operations, engineering, infrastructure development, construction, and organizational transformation. His extensive professional journey includes responsibility for and contribution to business portfolios valued at approximately SAR 120 billion, reflecting his capability to manage large-scale investments, complex projects, and strategic growth initiatives. Ahmed is widely respected for his ability to build high-performing teams, establish strong partnerships, and navigate complex regulatory and business environments. His leadership approach combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and a commitment to innovation, enabling organizations to achieve ambitious objectives and long-term success. A strong advocate for Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, Ahmed aspires to continue contributing at the highest levels of executive leadership, leveraging his extensive experience and proven track record to drive organizational transformation, sustainable growth, and operational excellence in CEO and C-suite leadership roles. Academically, Ahmed is a member of the MIT Sloan Alumni community following his completion of the Executive Program in General Management (EPGM) at the MIT Sloan School of Management in Massachusetts, USA. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah and completed major MBA coursework with Drexel University in Philadelphia, USA. He also earned a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) from Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM), Spain, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Management and Leadership at UCAM. Beyond his professional achievements, Ahmed has contributed to academia and industry development as a member of the External Advisory Board of the Electrical Engineering Department at Umm Al-Qura University in Makkah, serving for three consecutive years and helping strengthen the connection between industry practice and academic excellence.
