Ahmed M. Naji is a highly accomplished executive leader with over 35 years of local and international business experience, including 33 years dedicated to the Oil & Gas, real estate, infrastructure design and construction, project execution, and community operations sectors. Throughout his distinguished career, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in developing and executing strategic initiatives, optimizing operational performance, and creating sustainable value for stakeholders across complex and investment-driven environments. Recognized for his transformational leadership, Ahmed has successfully initiated and led large-scale programs encompassing operations, engineering, infrastructure development, construction, and organizational transformation. His extensive professional journey includes responsibility for and contribution to business portfolios valued at approximately SAR 120 billion, reflecting his capability to manage large-scale investments, complex projects, and strategic growth initiatives. Ahmed is widely respected for his ability to build high-performing teams, establish strong partnerships, and navigate complex regulatory and business environments. He also earned a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) from Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM), Spain, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Management and Leadership at UCAM.
