Rishabh Dev is Co-founder of Flynapse AI, where he is building an agentic intelligence layer to transform airline operations through domain-driven artificial intelligence. He brings over 13 years of experience in aviation operations, with hands-on exposure to large-scale airline environments.

Rishabh has been a senior leader at IndiGo and Akasa Air, as well as across the broader aviation ecosystem, driving strategic and operational initiatives in complex, high-growth settings. During his airline career, he has planned and executed initiatives across all five core operating functions — Engineering & Maintenance, Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Cabin Crew, and Operations Control — giving him a comprehensive end-to-end understanding of airline operations.

He combines strong expertise in operations strategy and business transformation with a track record of improving operational performance and efficiency.

A strategic and analytical thinker, Rishabh holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and an engineering degree from IIT Delhi.
