Mr. Jin is the National Audit & Assurance Innovation Leader, and Managing Partner of Innovation & Digital Development Center of Deloitte China. He graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2006 and then joined Deloitte China during the same year. With extensive experience in technological innovation and digital application, particularly in areas of artificial intelligence, robotics, big data analytics, and Cloud Computing, he has directly led and driven Deloitte China’s development, marketing and application of a number of innovation and digital products, including Deloitte’s intelligent finance robot, i.e. Robotic Process Automation (“RPA“) and Robotic Cognitive Automation (“RCA”), the Spotlight big data analytics platform, the intelligent finance fraud monitoring platform, the bank loans risk analysis system, bank transaction analytics tools, the intelligent document review platform, the wise leasing solution, and the UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) stock taking solution.
Also, he has accumulated tremendous experience in professional services and project management through rendering services to government bodies, groups of large-size state-owned enterprises (“SOEs”), multinational companies, foreign-funded enterprises, overseas listed companies and high-tech corporations in terms of digital transformation in finance, business process optimization, internal control review and advisory services, due diligence, internal audits, and information system audits. And his services are related to multiple industries, such as banking business, TMT, automotive and manufacturing as well as retail business.
On his two-year secondment to Deloitte US from 2011 to 2013, Mr. Jin provided a series of advisory and assurance services to the US local strategic clients, receiving very good comments from both Deloitte US and its clients as a result.
In addition, Mr. Jin has been frequently invited as Deloitte’s representative to participate in various industrial forums or seminars held by the Ministry of Finance (“MOF”), the China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”) or any local office of the CSRC, or the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“CICPA”) or local branches of the CICPA, and to present Deloitte’s forward-looking views and leading practice in respect of digital innovation as a guest speaker. He was also invited by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (“NSFC”), the (Beijing/Shanghai) National Accounting Institute, the AICPA|CIMA, the ICAEW, Tsinghua University, Peking University, the Central University of Finance and Economics, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, The Economist, and other academic or professional bodies as well as Think Tank to present the digital innovation practice in relation to finance and accounting as a guest speaker at the industry forums.
