AugmentX-PV (“AgX-PV”) is One Vector’s, GxP AI Validated Pharmacovigilance (PV) Co-Scientist Platform, designed to support PV Scientists across case assessment, case literature surveillance, signal evaluation, aggregate reporting, and safety intelligence workflows.

AgX-PV helps overcome the ‘heart-break hill’ a.k.a. ‘the-last-mile’ of Pharmacovigilance, which are spreadsheets driven operational layer between safety systems and inspection-ready outputs. It helps eliminate the archaic spreadsheet-based reconciliation, manual extraction, harmonization, traceability, version controls, ad-hoc requests, and quality checks.

The platform works across structured and unstructured sources, including safety databases, clinical systems, literature repositories, laboratory data, and regulatory documents, to generate evidence-based outputs with complete source traceability and transparent reasoning. Rather than replacing existing pharmacovigilance systems, AgX-PV augments the scientific and operational teams that rely on them.
