Eligibility Criteria for VIP Pass
To qualify, you must be one of the following:
- All Boston-based Cosmetics or & Personal Care employees
OR
- An employee from L'Oréal, Estée Lauder Companies, Procter & Gamble (Beauty Division), Unilever (Beauty & Wellbeing), Shiseido, Coty, Beiersdorf, LVMH (Perfumes & Cosmetics), Chanel, Henkel Consumer Brands, Amorepacific, Mary Kay, Colgate-Palmolive (Personal Care), Revlon, E.l.f. Beauty, DECIEM (The Ordinary), Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics, Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmétique, Johnson & Johnson (Kenvue Beauty), Natura &Co within one of these core functional areas: Leaders within Leadership & Strategy, Clinical & Patient Safety Operations, Technology, Data & AI, Regulatory, and Compliance & Quality and have a C-Suite, VP, Director, or Global Head job title
OR
- One on these roles or similar: Head of Cosmetovigilance, Director of Product Safety, Safety Assessment Lead, Head of Global Market Vigilance (specifically for Beauty & Wellbeing divisions), Director of Regulatory Affairs, Head of Scientific Affairs, Quality Assurance Manager, Compliance Lead, Chief Toxicologist or Head of Toxicology
The WPSC is committed to supporting the local Boston biotech ecosystem and the primary pharmaceutical buyers in the US and Canada, limited to the above eligibility and capacity permitting.
