Tea is a certified pharmacist with MSc in Clinical Pharmacology and over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Transitioning from Quality Assurance to Pharmacovigilance, she worked in QA for GMP manufacturing processes, then moved to PV case processing, PSUR, CCSI and RMP preparation, PV contract negotiation. Since 2012, focusing back on QMS, she was overseeing SOPs, trainings, QA IT activities, change control, and regulatory intelligence. Over the past 8 years she is leading a global team responsible for planning and executing all PV audits and inspections in Teva worldwide.
