Gemma’s current position is as Head of Global Development Quality Management (GVP) for Regeneron, a 35-year-old biotech company. Gemma has been with Regeneron since 2020 and during her time there has brought together a team that sits across the US, Ireland, UK and Japan. Gemma’s team of Quality Management Leads have responsibility for overseeing the Local Affiliate QMS as well as the Global PV QMS. Gemma has around 20 years’ experience in the industry in global and local operations as well as PV auditing and quality management. Pioneering the role of Pharmacovigilance Quality Management Lead at Regeneron, Gemma is building a team with the remit to provide quality and compliance advice and direction across the Regeneron organisation.
