Our Story

The World Anti-Microbial Resistance Congress focusses on one of the most important parts of the AMR challenge: tackling the supply problem. The congress will bring together all the stakeholders involved in developing new antibiotic drugs.

WORKING WITH OUR PARTNERS, BUILDING ON OUR SUCCESSFUL AMERICAN EVENT NOW IN ITS THIRD YEAR, THE EVENT WILL:
 

• Create a platform for early stage biotechs to present to potential investors.
   
• Provide a forum for collaboration between pharma/biotechs on the one hand and CROs and CMOs on the other.
   
• Identify new funding and incentive models to help lead to development of new antibiotics.
   
• Be a place where regulators meet with pharma / biotechs to understand what needs they will have to develop new drugs.
