Dean Butler is the Head of Innovation within Prudential’s advice and destitution business.
He is responsible for the strategy and delivery of innovation, and digitisation of customer journeys and advice services.
He took on this role earlier in 2018, moving from his previous role within HSBC; Head of Retail Wealth and previously Head of Direct to Consumer (D2C) – building out HSBC’s Robo proposition and Wealth platforms. He joined HSBC after several years at TD Direct Investing where he led the e-Commerce strategy. Dean has spent his entire career in digital proposition development and over the past 6 years has applied his skills in the Wealth management arena.
Deans has over 13 years’ experience of working with large multinational businesses – helping them to shape and deliver their online proposition with a digital/customer first philosophy. He is now looking to build out Prudential’s advice proposition and establish them as one of the UK’s leading wealth services.
