Dr. David K. Lyon serves as Sr. Vice President–Research at Bend Research Inc where he leads efforts in scientific excellence and global business development. His areas of technical expertise include the solubilization of poorly soluble pharmaceuticals, nanotechnology-based drug delivery, particle engineering for inhaled formulations, controlled-release formulations, and formulation of biotherapeutic actives.He is co-inventor on more than 34 U.S. patents and patent applications and has 27 publications.
