David L. Hoover, M.D. is an infectious disease physician with a long career in preclinical and clinical research, including head of the U.S. Army Brucellosis Preclinical Vaccine Program and positions as medical director and chief medical officer for a vaccine development company. He has worked with ClinicalRM as a consultant and employee for more than 10 years and leads their CRO services infectious disease efforts. Dr. Hoover is ClinicalRM’s scientific and medical lead for its Ebola research efforts.
