	Tom works closely with SevOne Sales and Engineering teams to ensure we address our customer’s requirements for Infrastructure and Service Performance Management as their network environments increase in scale, scope and complexity. Tom has worked extensively within the OSS sector across Fixed, Mobile and Managed Service Providers for over ten years and has been involved in significant OSS projects over that time. Prior to joining SevOne Tom has held senior technical positions at CA technologies, EMC and SMARTS. Prior to Smarts, Mr. Griffin held a number of roles in Pre-Sales Management and IT Operations Management within Systems Integrators and Enterprise organizations across a variety of industry sectors including Banking, Retail and Hospitality.
