Madhusudhan’s key focus is to enhance the service capabilities and customer-facing activities organization for the company across the globe. Madhusudhan is responsible for supporting Global Carrier (Voice and Data) & Enterprise Services (Network and Managed) operations including Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Service Management, Field Operations, Facility Support, Complex Solutions support, Technology Operations and Infrastructure Management. He also leads the Billing and Collections group. His professional career spans over 25 years in the telecommunications and IT field, at BPL, AT&T, Lucent and Tata Communications in various leadership roles spanning engineering, network operations and customer service. |
