Zaher is a telecom leader with over 15 years of experience. As the Regional Sales Director for Orange Wholesale International in Dubai, Zaher oversees a team managing Voice, Mobility & Messaging services for Middle Eastern clients. Previously, Zaher was based in Paris and managed major accounts for Orange International Carriers. He holds a Ph.D. in Telecom, and a Master of Science and Engineering from Lebanese and French Institutes. Zaher is also an inventor with multiple patents and has several accredited certifications in project and business management.
