Tolga has 20 years of experience in a range of roles in the ICT ecosystem in the Middle East. He worked for a decade for Turkiye’s Information and Communication Technologies Authority, where he oversaw regulatory areas including licensing, wholesale access, interconnection, dispute resolution, number portability, next-generation networks, and ICT indicators. He has been in the GCC since 2013 in research and telcos, and currently at IDC, as a senior research manager, he oversees the telecommunications side of IDC’s syndicated research, custom consulting, and advisory services in the Middle East, Turkiye, and Africa region.
