Lysander van der Sluis (56) is owner of New Thinking (www.newthinking.co.nl). He has a (neuro)marketing background and is specialised in creating experience and influencing behaviour and perceptions of people at points of high traffic. He has worked for Dutch Railways, (creating retail-concepts and responsible for all station-related aspects in international bids) and in the shopping centre industry and is an independent consultant for 4 years now. Besides the assigment for the RET, he has done assignments for several international railway companies.
