Wieland Rhenau, Manager, Passenger Information And Innovation, Deutsche Bahn

As head of Passenger Information and Innovation Manager for Metropolitan Transportation located in Munich, Germany at DB Regio AG, Deutsche Bahn, Wieland is Chief Product Owner of digitization throughout all customer channels like inside trains, online/mobile and stations in cooperation with Infrastructure functions.  His team of developers, designers and product owners implements contemporary passenger information solutions to visualize customer journey relevant real-time information. Information and interaction concepts for future trains and holistic smart mobility solutions are his focus.
Before working for Deutsche Bahn, he worked for several years as an agile transformation coach on many industries in Europe.
Wieland Rhenau studied software systems engineering at the Hasso-Plattner-Institute in Potsdam and Computer Science at Freie Universität Berlin.
