I have 27 year’s experience working in public transport, with 20 years working with Iarnrod Éireann. Over the past years I have been managing Customer Experience  which has given me the opportunity to improve the experience for our customers. As a company our key value is putting the customer at the heart of the business and I am proud of my personal impact and teams input to improvements in customer experience particularly for customers with disabilities over the past few years.
