Mark Anderson is Head of Commercial Innovation at Go-Ahead Group with responsibility for growing the rail market with innovation focused on the future of transport. Current work includes Active Travel, MaaS and partnerships in the smart cities area. As part of the Go-Ahead Nordic team in Norway Mark is currently delivering a new customer proposition on commuter and long distance services between Oslo, Drammen, Kristiansand and Stavanger. Previously Mark was Head of Brand Experience at Southeastern and completed project work for MTA Boston and JR Central in Japan. Outside rail Mark was Head of Marketing for LEGOLAND Windsor Resort.
