Jon Hall is Chief Executive Officer at Novo Onboard Retail. Having worked in the Rail and Airline onboard retail sector for over 25 years, Jon is bringing to bear his considerable Airline retail industry experience to help Rail companies realise their ancillary revenue, Post pandemic objectives, through development of innovative Software and Hardware solutions.
Following the management buyout of Novo from its parent group, Jon is focused on driving innovation for the future of Omni-Channel Retail, working with Rail companies and their concessionaires, enabling organisations to meet their passenger’s expectations, to engage with the retailers Online Shop at multiple points, pre-journey, in-journey and post-journey.
