Clarissa established the digital labs at DSB and its dynamic innovation-operating model. Her teams has sinced then continuously delivered digital innovation projects with fast time-2-market and high impact. Established the transformational program “from fragile to agile” pushing 200+ DSB employees towards agility and innovative mindsets in a big train-the-trainer program. In 2020 the labs consist of 4 teams; Digital Innovation lab, Data Innovation lab, User Experience lab and Innovation rebel lab with 20+ employees. The overall vision is to unleash the innovative potential of DSB.
