After her PhD in Business Administration, Alexandra Daniela Zaugg has established CRM at the online travel agency In 2013, she joined SBB passenger traffic to follow her passion, to improve customer experience in the mobility industry. In her current role, she supports her colleagues in working customer-focused, for instance by sharing existing customer knowledge or creating new knowledge by means of market / cx research. Or by participating in the company-wide customer focus network and promoting the transformation into a customer focused company.
