Dr Yenlik Zheteyeva is a Director of Clinical Safety and Risk Management at Merck where she is responsible for safety surveillance and clinical risk management of a number of the Company’s vaccines and antimicrobials. Yenlik joined Merck in 2018 from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention where she completed Epidemic Intelligence Service and worked in different capacities on surveillance, research and policy development for various infectious disease-related areas such as immunization safety, influenza, healthcare associated infections and special pathogens. One of Yenlik’s research interests is utilization of online data in public health and vaccine safety practices.
