Li Yi, Ph.D., is Executive Director and Head of Pre-Pivotal Formulation and Process Development at Gilead Sciences, where she leads biologics drug product strategy across early development portfolios. With 17 years of experience spanning Genentech/Roche, AbbVie, and Gilead, Dr. Yi has advanced complex biologics including mAbs, bispecifics, ADCs, and novel constructs from discovery transition through IND, pivotal development, commercialization, and lifecycle support. Her work integrates formulation, process development, product quality, CMC strategy, and cross-functional governance to enable patient-centric and commercially viable medicines.
