Venessa Koo first joined Accor Asia’s regional head office in Bangkok from 1996 to 2000 as Development Manager. Prior to rejoining Accor in 2007 as General Manager, Development – Asia, she worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Hospitality & Leisure team in Singapore as Associate Director and later formed her own consulting company, specialising in the hospitality industry.

Venessa has extensive operational and consulting experiences, and has held various positions in the Asian and Canadian hospitality industries with KPMG Peat Marwick, Regent Hotel Taipei and Four Seasons Hotels in Canada. She received her Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Ryerson University, Canada. Venessa is currently based in Singapore.
