Mr. Eric Haibing Wu has extensive experience in corporate finance, governance and management. He currently serves as chief financial officer and executive director of Plateno Hotels Group (the parent company which owns along with the Carlyle Group and Sequoia, 7Days Inn, the largest economy hotel brand  in China）. Prior to that position, from May 2000 to October 2007, Mr. Wu worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) in the United States and later in China. Mr. Wu also served as independent director of Country Style Cooking Company which is listed on NYSE, and Dong Peng Holdings Ltd, which is listed on HKSE.  Mr. Wu received a bachelor’s degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China and an MBA degree from Michigan State University.
