Tolga Kilic has 25+ years of experience in telecommunications at policy making and regulatory institutions, challenger and incumbent operators and industry associations. He has gone through the hot topics of the industry such as spectrum auctions, convergence, network sharing and wholesale access, and now deals with optimization, digitalization and expansion as part of telcos’ efforts to fit into the digital world. Having joined in January 2021, Tolga works on corporate strategy, segment business plans, major transformation projects, business development and start-up scouting as head of Turkcell Group Strategy team.
