Prior to Cinturion, was the founding member and CEO of an international fiber optic network known as AEC1. This is a high-capacity Trans-Atlantic fiber optic network from the US to Ireland and then onto the UK, utilizing a new business model with Open-Access.

As an innovator, having gained global experience on projects in the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian oceans with solid experience in advanced optical network design, integration, and implementation; international contracting and business development; strategic business planning; project management.
