Tolga oversees the telecommunications, IoT, and digital regulations side of IDC’s syndicated research, custom consulting, and advisory services in the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa region. Tolga has more than 20 years of experience in a range of roles in the ICT ecosystem in the Middle East. Prior to joining IDC, he worked as a business development manager in STC’s IoT department for real estate developers and facility operators. He worked for a decade for Turkey’s Information and Communication Technologies Authority, where he oversaw regulatory areas including licensing, wholesale access, interconnections, dispute resolution, number portability, next-generation networks, and ICT indicators.
