Tolga has more than 20 years of experience in a range of roles in the ICT ecosystem in the Middle East. Prior to joining IDC, Tolga worked as a business development manager in STC’s IoT department for real estate developers and facility operators. Tolga worked for a decade for Turkey’s Information and Communication Technologies Authority, where he oversaw regulatory areas including licensing, wholesale access, interconnections, dispute resolution, number portability, next-generation networks, and ICT indicators.
