Alexander Rabe has served as Managing Director of the eco Association since 2018, overseeing the strategic, political and communications positioning of the association across its offices in Berlin, Brussels and Cologne. He joined eco in 2016 as Head of the Policy, Law & Regulations division, where he also led the association’s Capital Office in the heart of Berlin. Rabe is a co-initiator of the Alliance for the Strengthening of Digital Infrastructures in Germany (https://digitale-infrastrukturen.net/en/), which was founded in 2018 under the umbrella of eco.
