Rob Johnson CTO of NOVOS FiBER and PRIME FiBER   Rob has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry in nearly every aspect of the business from the largest providers down to multiple startups that he helped found and fund. As the CTO at both PRIME FiBER and NOVOS FiBER, Rob oversees all technical aspects of the business, including the active networks, the back-office systems, and everything in between. He is a value-focused executive that leverages technology to advance and accelerate business operations.   Prior to his current positions, Rob founded LiveOak Fiber, where he served as the Chief Development Officer, developing it all the way from conception through business planning and funding, designing and constructing the initial network, and closing their first acquisition. He has also founded several other startup businesses and raised venture capital, private equity, family office, and grant money for them.   Rob has been awarded several US and International patents and holds a BSEE and an MSEE from the University of Texas at Austin.
