Working for Thomson Reuters in the Financial & Risk division,  Mike heads up the Integrascreen  Enhanced Due Diligence reporting services across the  EMEA region and is an expert in enhanced due diligence. He specialises in assisting companies in all sectors to develop a risk based approach to due diligence of third parties. A frequent speaker at international conferences, he aims to increase understanding of what information is available, how to obtain it and importantly, how to understand  what it says and to effectively integrate it into a due diligence programme. Drawing on many years of business experience and his work around the world, he usually touches on topical and sometimes difficult issues in his talks.
